As lipid-based nanoparticles advance beyond the liver, developers across RNA, cell, and gene industries are re-evaluating their strategies to address payload delivery challenges. This is driving new innovations, novel chemistries and methods to improve toxicity profiles, potency and efficacy, while ensuring manufacturability at scale. This interactive workshop will explore the scientific, technical, and regulatory trade-offs shaping the future of extrahepatic LNP delivery.
Join this discussion to gain key insights on:
- Exploring novel LNP and nanoparticle targeting strategies from receptor targeting, antibody conjugation and organ-selective platforms to improve biodistribution, target specificity, and improve therapeutic efficacy
- Assessing the CMC and manufacturing challenges of complex LNP formulations to ensure stability and delivery efficiency
- Delving into toxicology and pharmacology of targeting moieties, potential biological interference, and exploring practical considerations for regulatory approval of targeted LNP system
