Team Leader - mRNA Research GCBiopharma
I am the leader of the mRNA Research Team at GC Biopharma. Since 2019, I have been gaining extensive experience in mRNA technology as a key member of the mRNA Technology Task Force (TF). I have played a pivotal role in establishing our proprietary mRNA technology and developing mRNA vaccines and therapeutics by providing core technical ideas and strategic insights.
Before joining GC Biopharma, I gained significant experience in drug discovery at the MOGAM Institute for Biomedical Research. I earned my Ph.D. from Ajou University School of Medicine, where my research focused on various viral pathogens, including Hepatitis B virus (HBV), Influenza virus, and Coronavirus.
